1. Seller Represented by: Michal

2. Subject of Sale The seller offers digital products on their website – PDF e-books – delivered exclusively in electronic format.

3. Order and Conclusion of Contract

By submitting an order, the buyer confirms agreement with these terms and conditions.

The purchase contract is formed upon payment of the order.

After payment, the buyer will receive an e-mail with a link to download the PDF e-book.

4. Price and Payment

The product price is listed on the website.

Payment is processed online via available payment methods (e.g., card, bank transfer, payment gateway).

Access to the product is granted only after successful receipt of payment.

5. Delivery of Digital Content

The e-book is delivered electronically as a PDF file.

The download link is sent immediately upon payment.

The buyer is responsible for securely storing the file.

6. Copyright and Intellectual Property

The buyer receives a personal-use license for the e-book.

Further distribution, sale, modification, or sharing of the e-book with third parties is strictly prohibited.

All content is protected by copyright law.

7. Complaints and Cancellation Policy

For digital products, withdrawal from the contract is not possible once the file has been delivered (in accordance with § 7 (6) of Act No. 102/2014 Coll.).

In case of technical delivery issues or a corrupted file, the buyer may request a re-send.

Complaints can be handled via e-mail at the seller's contact address.

8. Personal Data Protection

The seller processes personal data solely for the purpose of order processing.

Personal data is not provided to third parties, except for payment gateways necessary to process the transaction.

The buyer has the right to request deletion or modification of their data.

9. Final Provisions

The seller reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions.

The current version is always published on the website.
